THE PROFESSIONALIZING COURSE OF PERFORMING ARTS

The Performing Arts Course is divided into four phases:
 
  • 1st Phase: Selection of students, where the registered candidates go through an examining board, and are evaluated voice, body expression, musicality and etc. In this phase the candidate is presented with the guidelines and code of ethics established by the Escola Viva Performing Arts School. 
 
  • 2ª fase: The candidates selected in phase 1 now become students, where they started the vocational course with a total workload of 240 hours, requiring theoretical, practical evaluations and participation in the setting up of a theatrical show, defined by the Escola de Artes Cênicas Cidade Viva.
 
  • 3ª fase: Students are submitted to a final evaluation panel, which takes place during the presentation of the Show that was produced during the course, this presentation is mandatory for the final training and completion of the 122 hours of class.
 
  • 4ª fase: Graduation, students who pass the previous stages with a minimum grade of 7 points, receive the school's approval certificate, thus being able to issue the Professional Actor / Actress Registration.
 
Curriculum:
  • Actor's body and psychology;
  • Defects of the actor;
  • Dramatic Text;
  • Analysis of dramaturgical text;
  • Analysis of actions;
  • Active analysis;
  • Improvisation and time;
  • Logical reading;
  • Character construction;
  • Assimilation of dramatic text;
  • Theatrical performance.
 
CERTIFICATION
 
THE CULTURAL ASSOCIATION CIDADE VIVA-ACCV, through its Escola Viva Performing Arts School, certifies the students of the course carried out, with approval with workload and final grade achieved by the student. Professional certification is only achieved with the issuance of the certificate by SATED, upon proof of ACCV, which concluded its course with a minimum score of 7 points. ACCV, as well as its School, is not responsible for the payment of the DRT fee to SATED / RN, but it is accredited to mediate the process for the student and has a difference in values with the Union of Artists of RN for being an accredited school.
 
DIRECTION
In front of the Cidade Viva Performing Arts School - EACCV, is the Theater / Cinema Director, João Wilson Leite Ribeiro, Bachelor of Law, Postgraduate in Criminal Law and Labor Law, psychoanalyst, speaker in the areas of oratory and motivational therapy. He is currently Director of the Secretariat of the 2nd Labor Court of Mossoró, Professor of Performing Arts, Professor of Tax Law / Ethics and Citizenship. Theater director for over 37 years, having performed the assembly of shows in the states of São Paulo, Paraná, Federal District, Goiás and Rio Grande do Norte. Among the shows are: “O Louco”, “A Different Dream”, “The Reality that Surrounds Us”, “Para Cima Brasil”, “O Secredo do Parque”, “Um Show de Atendimento” and “Charlie Chaplin's Life” ”. He participated in the production of the opera “Aída” in Brasília - DF and in the TV Cultura program “É Proibido Colar”. Professor, Director and Cultural Producer accredited by SATED-RN, currently developing in Rio Grande do Norte the shows “O Louco”, “The Reality that Surrounds Us”, “Live Liberty, Live Women, Live Resistance”, “Um different dream ”“ Um Show de Atendimento ”and, in the production phase“ UM Sonho Diferente II- The Tale of Tales ”and“ A Paixão de Cristo ”in the City of Hidrolândia- CE, all the shows of his authorship.
